The Challenge
The Cima Arts website didn't have a clear goal for it's user and was not being used. They were struggling to get people to understand what the organization does, find resources, and collect partners to collaborate with. Creating a place where user's could learn and find resources to share their art.
The answer: design a new website with a clear call to action where users can quickly learn what the organization is and how they can get involved with their mission.

Large non-profits vs small non-profits
Making the website overhaul work well for any user coming onto the site required having a responsive interface where any user group could quickly access the section relevant to them.
Our approach takes inspiration from various non-profits in the marketplace of different sizes. It incorporates clear calls to action, giving the user a specific objective to accomplish when visiting the page. They can easily get in touch with our organization to get involved, find the next event, or see our social pages and follow us across our platforms.

With our ideas laid out, we had to prioritize our solutions so that we could complete the remaining timeline with the most impact for our users. Fitting out the rest with updates that could be implemented in future versions of the website.

The last couple of weeks were the most intensive with our designs, testing, and development happening so close together. We were able to launch our final version of the website within the deadline, thanks in part to splitting the workload effectively between us.
